fact, according to art. 6 of Legislative Decree 109 of 1992 (which regulates the labeling), the word "natural identical flavorings" (provided by DM 07/22/2005) is replaced with the words AROMAS. Indeed, this Article. 6 provides that. "Flavorings are designated with the term of flavors, or with a more specific indication, or a description of".

fact, the term "natural identical flavorings" non è mai usato nell’etichettatura dei prodotto finito preconfezionato in quanto può essere fonte di malintesi e far pensare al consumatore che si tratti di un aroma naturale anziché di sintesi. A tal riguardo si ricorda che la UE ha recentemente emesso Reg. CE 1334/2008, come discusso tempo fa su questo blog
